Keren
Reizer |
Keren
Reizer has been involved with fitness
and nutrition for almost fifteen
years. She has been using the
applications of weight training,
cardiovascular training and nutrition to
accomplish her goals, both physically
and mentally.
Keren’s career in fitness and
nutrition began while she worked as a
firefighter/EMT, where she witnessed the
negative impacts poor lifestyle choices
can have on a person. It is
through this experience that she
developed a deep passion for assisting
others in sustaining a healthy and
preventative lifestyle, both inside and
out. Keren has a profound
excitement for showing people they can
accomplish what they never thought
possible.

Ryan
Halvorson |
| Ryan
Halvorson, certified personal trainer,
helps others develop strong,
functional bodies that look tight and
feel energized. He has been involved
in the health and fitness industry for
almost four years and believes in a
holistic approach toward healthy
living that includes sound nutrition,
balanced exercise and a positive
mindset.
Ryan's life is
centered around the fitness industry
as he is the associate editor for IDEA
Health & Fitness Association, the
leading educator of fitness
professionals; an internationally
recognized speaker on health and
fitness topics; and a regular
contributor to national fitness
publications.
His education, coupled
with his passion for fitness helps him
motivate others to consistently
challenge their boundaries and move
closer toward health and fitness goals
with a steadfast, yet manageable
approach. Ryan enjoys exercising in
the great outdoors and is often found
participating in Boot Camp challenges
or adventure races throughout San
Diego |

Josh
Field |
| Josh
Field has been involved in the fitness
industry for six years. He is a
certified personal trainer through the
Cooper Institute of Fitness. He has
served seven years in the United
States Coast Guard as a Federal
Maritime Law Enforcement Officer and
is a Coast Guard Diver.
Josh's interest in
health and fitness developed at the
early age of 12, while watching
professional fitness athletes on TV.
He later joined the military where he
first began working with individuals
to achieve their personal fitness
goals. Josh attended the Federal
Military Health Promotion Coordination
School in Ohio and it wasn't long
before he was appointed as the Health
and Wellness Coordinator of his Unit.
As coordinator, he
oversaw 32 people while helping the
unit achieve its best physical testing
scores ever documented. Josh later
transferred to San Diego where he was
asked to fill the same position, this
time training over 100 people while
motivating them to reach high military
fitness standards. Josh has a strong
passion for the fitness industry and
is dedicated to his clients and their
goals. Josh's military training has
enabled him to see the importance of
hard work and discipline, which he
feels is the key to a successful
workout regimen. Through leading by
example and his commitment to fitness
he is confident that he can help
anyone achieve their fitness
aspirations. |

Szames |
| I'm
Michelle Szames (Shaw'mes). I come to
you humbly as a person who is on a
personal mission to improve my own
health and fitness capabilities. I am
a trainer who leads by example and
constantly challenges myself to
workout harder and eat healthier. My
quest to exercise began at 15 years
old when I convinced my father that we
needed to join a gym. This was the
80's, so picture leotards, legwarmers,
and terrycloth headbands. Oh, my!
Luckily there are no pictures. Since
then, exercise has always been a
passion and a regular part of my daily
life.

In 2006, I worked with Jake Steinfeld
from "Body By Jake" to
test-market his Gravity Force Trainer.
This is where I was able to train and
learn from San Diego's leading fitness
trainer, Dave DePew, and led several
group fitness Boot Camps.
Running Coach for Fitness Together.
Led an eight-week running club to
train a team for the 1st Annual
O’side 5k Turkey Trot. The team did
FANTASTIC! Each individual exceeded
their personal goals they designated
for themselves at the beginning of the
training course.
My current clients range from their
teens to 70’s, and are of all
different health and fitness levels.
